Usage:

The University Sip herbal blend is a fresh, aromatic tea ideal for students. Drink 1–2 cups per day. The recommended duration of use is 3 weeks, followed by a 2-week break. If consumed occasionally, no break is required. If consumed occasionally, no break is required.

Preparation instructions:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the blend and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain and drink warm.

Ingredients:

Peppermint (Mentha piperita), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), marigold (Calendula officinalis), narrow-leaved lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), black chokeberry leaf (Aronia melanocarpa), rosehip fruit (Rosa canina).

Peppermint (Mentha piperita) – clears the airways, relieves colds, and supports easier breathing. Menthol in peppermint acts as an analgesic, helping to ease headaches, muscle, and stomach pain. It has anti-inflammatory properties that soothe digestive discomfort and irritation. Peppermint also refreshes the mind, enhances focus, and acts as a natural antibacterial agent.

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) – has a calming effect on the nervous system, helping to relieve stress, anxiety, and insomnia. It supports cognitive functions, improves memory and concentration. The antioxidants in lemon balm protect cells from free radicals, boost immunity, and contribute to overall well-being. It’s also known for its antibacterial and antiviral properties that help fight infections.

Marigold (Calendula officinalis) – its main benefits include anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and healing properties that promote faster recovery of the skin and mucous membranes. Thanks to its content of flavonoids, saponins, and carotenoids, marigold supports regeneration, reduces inflammation, and accelerates the healing of wounds, burns, and irritations. Narrow-leaved Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) – helps reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia, and has a calming effect on the nervous system.
