Preparation instructions:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the blend and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain and drink warm.

Narrow-leaved lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), wild thyme (Thymus serpyllum), oregano (Origanum vulgare), agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria), dyer’s chamomile (Anthemis tinctoria), anise hyssop (Agastache rugosa).
Narrow-leaved Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) – helps reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia, and has a calming effect on the nervous system. It reduces inflammation, muscle pain, and skin irritation while promoting faster wound healing. It also has a positive effect on the respiratory system by clearing the airways and easing coughs.
Wild Thyme (Thymus serpyllum) – has a toning effect on the heart, improves its function, and helps regulate blood pressure. It also acts as a mild sedative, reducing stress, anxiety, and insomnia. Its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties help strengthen the immune system and protect blood vessels from oxidative stress.
Oregano (Origanum vulgare) – has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce inflammation in the body, especially during respiratory issues. It supports digestion by stimulating the production of gastric juices, which helps relieve bloating and cramps. It also has mild sedative effects that help reduce stress and improve sleep quality.
